Using group work to understand arsonists.

Abstract

This article looks at the fascination people have with fire and provides a brief overview of classic psychological theories of arson, and a possible cycle of fire setting. The author also describes the achievements of an arson treatment group and some of the personal intra-group experiences of the clients involved.
