Fluor osteopathy, as the authors suppose, is a morphologic repetition of phylogenesis early stages in osteogenesis. Thus, osteosclerosis and osteoporosis demonstrated by X-ray should be considered as manifestation of bone fluorosis. Fluor-induced changes of bone tissue could not be adequately termed as "osteoporosis" and "osteosclerosis", so is defined as "fluor osteopathy".

By means of immunoperoxidase technique staining localization in the mature placenta of a number of highly molecular proteins--alpha 2-macroglobulin and associated with pregnancy alpha 2-glycoprotein and protein-A--has been determined. These proteins are predominantly determined in syncytiotrophoblast and decidual cells. Similarity in distribution of the proteins in question is determined not only by identity of their receptors, but is evidently caused by community of their functional properties.
Studies on such transplantable murine tumors as MOPC-21 plasmacytoma and Krebs-2 carcinoma showed oxoplatinum course administration to produce necrosis in solid tumors and pronounced alterations in surviving tumor cells. Single applications of 15 or 20 mg/kg were followed by an increase in the mean survival of Krebs-2 ascites carcinoma--bearing mice by one half. Oxoplatinum--induced changes in the renal tissue ranged from moderate under continuous administration to acute renal failure after high--dose treatment. Such diuretics as diacarb, furosemide and, particularly, mannitol did not interfere with oxoplatinum activity against solid and ascites tumors but assured less pronounced structural disorders in the kidney as compared to oxoplatinum alone.
Clinico-anatomical data of a rare condition congenital oligomeganephronic renal hypoplasia with a glomerulonephritis as a complication are available for a 13-year-old girl who died of chronic renal failure. Large aglomerular zones consisting of primitive canaliculi in a loose stroma were observed in kidneys that were decreased in size. The glomeruli were few in number, some of them of a large size (2-2.5-fold), firmly attached to the capsule, with pronounced extracapillary proliferation.

Data from the literature "pro" and "contra" the concept of tumor field of Willis are presented. The examples demonstrate the competence of regularities of formal genesis of certain tumors reflected by the concept of the field indicating the necessity of further studies of histo- and morphogenesis of neoplasia from the point of view of this concept.
One autopsy case of trichinellosis (in a man of 22) with extensive involvement of the locomotor apparatus (secondary infectious-allergic polymyositis) is presented. Group infection with trichinellosis occurred by eating of insufficiently treated meat of a brown bear which confirms the existence of a natural focus of trichinellosis in the Krasnoyarsky kray.
