The therapeutic possibilities for psoriasis are multiple; they are based on experience and on empiricism and are harmless for the patient, or on the known pharmacodynamic action which limit their use. It should be remembered that psoriasis is not incurable, since it can be treated. But the definitive curative treatment will be discovered only when the cause of the disease is discovered.
Numerous skin lesions: sebaceous hyperplasias, benign acanthoma, keratoacanthomas and squamous cell epitheliomas appeared on the face, especially on the nose, on the cheeks and around the lips of a 45-year-old obese man with mild diabetes. In 1969, an adenocarcinoma had been found in the rectosigmoid and another one in the colon. In 1974, an excision of a well-differenciated epidermoid carcinoma was performed in the right external auditory meatus. A rectoscopy showed a micropolyp at the rectosigmoid junction. In 1975, an abdominal exploration was performed following a sudden relapse of about 50 skin lesions in the face, partly sebaceous adenomas, partly sebaceous gland epitheliomas, and about 10 precancerous lesions on the dorsum of the hands. A villous adenoma of the colon was removed. Inheritance appears to the autosomal dominant with variability in the expressiveness of the cutaneo-intestinal symptoms.

Study of the histiocytes from a large variety of skin diseases demonstrates a close relationship between the cell processes peculiar to those cells and their degree of phagocytic activity. The membrane structures, as well as the dense bodies localized in the peripheral cytoplasm, suggest a type of endocytosis distinct from pinocytosis and phagocytosis.
We report the result of an investigation carried out in the Gynecology Policlinic of Geneva. Systematic screening of 217 patients led to the detection of 2 cases of gonorrhea. Although of interest, it is not justifiable economically to screen for gonorrhea a group of patients in whom the chances of infection are small. However, the study of a larger population might lead to a revision of this conclusion.
The authors observed one case of plasmocytic reticulosis which was noticable by its strictly left unilateral localisation, involving the face, the underscapular region, the shoulder and the elbow, the leg with an important augmentation of the left foot. Histologically, dense plasmocytic infiltration can be observed without anomalies. Electron microscopy confirmes the presence of plasmocytes at any stage of activity without monstruosities. This observation can not be classified in the forms that are actually described: Klüken's and Simonis' plasmocytic reticulosis, plasmocytomas with osseous and medullar lesions, extramedullar plasmocytoma.
We describe a rare form of histiocytosis, characterized by numerous tumoral lesions of the skin appearing at birth and desappearing spontaneously within 2 month without visceral lesions and without systemic symptoms. Light microscopy shows histiocytes, some of which contain an irregular nucleus with a spumous cytoplasm surrounded by many red blood cells. Electron microscopy shows myelinoid inclusions in the histiocyte cytoplasm and "vermiform" bodies. In our opinion, a similar anatomoclinical entity was described for the first time and only once by Hashimoto and Pritzker.
