Three cases of orbito-palpebral lymphangioma are reported. The three cases all have the common features: onset in early childhood, slow progression and extension of the tumor to other structures (palate and temporal fossa). The usual complications (hemorrhage and cellulitis) were documented in our cases. Biopsy of the lesions showed variably sized endothelial lined spaces without a capsule. Theses spaces contain eosinophilic material without blood elements. In two cases, chirurgical excision gave orbital edema. The authors think that orbital lymphangioma is a clinical entity. The treatment is difficult and small repeated excisions and cryotherapy are recommended.

Study of a case exhibiting an association of a right Stilling retraction syndrome with left auricle dysplasia, left 7th nerve paralysis and left lung dysplasia. This case supports an assertion by others that association of horizontal gaze paralysis and ear dysplasia is a clinical entity.
A case of unilateral central vein occlusion occurring in a normotensive patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is reported. This vasculitis is related to SLE. In spite of the observation of circulating immune complex and a positive response to the human basophil degranulation test in the presence of bovine soluble retinal antigen, the real pathogenesis of this unilateral vasculitis remains obscure.

A case of snow erythropsia is described in a patient with pseudophakia (Binkhorst four loop len). Symptoms of the condition lasted a week and allowed us to define psychophysic and electrophysiological findings. Morphoscopic night threshold was raised (0,28 b/hm 2). Resistance to glare was very low. In the study of colour vision, answers for Beyne's lantern lights were: pink orange for white; grey for blue; purple for red; red for orange; white for green. Ishihara and Farnsworth tests showed a defect of the red-green type. With the Nagel anomaloscope the matching of colours was normal (Rayleigh match). Electrophysiological study showed a low value of the standing potential of the eye and a normal electroretinogram. It seems that the colour defect in erythropsia is a glare phenomenon due to high luminance.
