Meeting the future needs of the elderly.

Tapping into the aging network in any community can be quite challenging. Now is the time for medical groups and staff to build new types of relationships--to be the innovator, collaborator and facilitator between your group and community agencies who serve the elderly. Health professionals have the ability to bridge these partnerships and practice arrangements. These systems can guarantee high quality community service care for this growing and thriving elderly population.
