Eccrine acrospiroma of eye lid--a case report.

Tumours arising in the sweat glands of the eyelids are rare. A case of Eccrine Acrospiroma, otherwise, called clear cell hidradenoma, a benign sweat gland tumour of the lid in a female aged 70 years is being reported because of its rarity.

Eccrine acrospiroma in a young African male: case report.

This is a report of a rare benign neoplasm of the sweat gland in a 23 year old African male. Clinically, the growth had the appearance of an ulcerated malignant cutaneous neoplasm. It was completely and easily excised at surgery and the patient has remained well without recurrence five years after complete excision.
