The rapid changes that have taken place in the UK health sector fuelled by the wave of PFI schemes nationwide mean that a closer partnership between FM service providers and their IT suppliers is now crucial. This article takes a look at Facilities Software International's relationship with ISS Mediclean, one of the largest providers of non-clinical FM services in the health sector.

Where the patient and technology meet.

From the back office to the operating room, technology is transforming hospitals, making them more efficient and able to deliver leading-edge care. But one area remains stubbornly low tech: the nonclinical, routine interactions with patients.
