Privacy Act of 1974; system of records--PHS. Notification of an altered system of records: 09-30-0014, "Saint Elizabeths Hospital Financial System, HHS/ADAMHA/NIMH".

In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act and the Debt Collection Act of 1982 (Pub. L. 97-365), the Public Health Service (PHS) is publishing notice of a proposal to alter an established system of records 09-30-0014, "Saint Elizabeths Hospital Financial System, HHS/ADAMHA/NIMH." PHS also proposes to add a contractor routine use and to revise and expand an existing routine use concerning debt collection disclosures. PHS invites interested persons to submit comments on the alteration and the proposed new/revised routine uses on or before July 18, 1985.

Privacy Act of 1974; system of records--HCFA. Notice of new system of records.

In accordance with the requirement of the Privacy Act of 1974, we are proposing to establish a new system of records, "Evaluation of the Medicare Alzheimer's Disease Demonstration," HHS/HCFA/ORD No. 09-70-0039. We have provided background information about the proposed system in the "Supplementary Information" section below. Although the Privacy Act requires only that the "routine uses" portion of the system be published for comment, HCFA invites comments on all portions of this notice. See "Dates" section for comment period.

[Modified recording procedure for the determination of I/t-curves with arterial pulse recording and acoustic signal generation].

I/t-curves were derived by means of a piezo-electric transducer. To receive the minimum responses more than just optically, an amplifier, which was coupled to a transducer, generated an acoustic signal. This modified technique serves to objectivity of the minimum response, which is important in the recording of the I/t-curves. As has been shown in a great number of tests, this procedure has proved to be useful in practice.

New records of Tabanidae (Diptera) from Saudi Arabia, first record of Atylotus venturii Leclercq and Tabanus separatus Efflatoun.

Atylotus venturii Leclercq and Tabanus separatu Efflatoun (Diptera: Tabanidae) are 2 additional species in Saudi Arabia; they lift up to 26 taxa known from the country. Some comments on new record of other species, zoogeographical distribution of Tabanus sufis, taxonomic significance of eye pattern of Tabanidae, exemplification with T. albifacies and T. unifasciatus, rehydration of dry specimens, are presented.
