Conflict. Process and resolution.
Abstract
Because most organizations function as open systems, they are susceptible to conflict. Identifying destructive conflict, seeking its root cause and using problem-solving techniques to resolve issues provide satisfactory outcomes for both sides. The steps in the conflict process and the possible solutions are given.
