Effective activity of military medical units and institutions is greatly depends on quality of planning. In such case the significant role belongs to organizers of health service, their professional training and style of work. The results of the conducted investigation show that planing of working time for day and week by heads of military health service is inalienable precondition for successful solution of the problems standing before the institution. Efficient and punctual work of the hospital staff will depend on the correct working time planning and on the rational organization of efforts to realize these problems.
