Draft genome sequence of Enterocloster clostridioformis strain EC-BI isolated from a healthy Jersey calf.
Abstract
We report the draft genome sequence of Enterocloster clostridioformis strain EC-BI isolated from the feces of a healthy 2-week-old Jersey calf. The 5.52-Mb genome has a GC content of 49.03%, 98.75% completeness, and encodes 5,152 predicted coding sequences.
