Digital implantation.
Abstract
The digital implant is an excellent alternative to arthroplasty or fusion procedures, provided that all preoperative criteria are met. It appears to yield the best result with the fewest complications when inserted in a second or third toe at the proximal interphalangeal joint in a rectus foot type.
