Problems with LTC coverage. A provider perspective.
Abstract
A lack of coordination exists between the LTC insurance industry and the providers and recipients of home care. The claims process must be simplified, and we in home care must work to change perceptions among both those we serve now and those who will need us as they and other baby boomers reach their retirement years.
