Abstract
The RFP is a challenge, both to the system vendor and hospital, as well as the vendor/hospital team that must make a system meet expectations. Properly developed, the RFP can be an ideal blueprint for success and one which will lead to the right pharmacy computer system. The trick is to make an RFP a "rational" document.
