Red cell-mediated microinjection of macromolecules into monolayer cultures of mammalian cells.
Phytohemagglutinin has been used to enhance the red cell-mediated microinjection of macromolecules into monolayer cultures of mammalian cells. The simple procedure described should promote the wider use of this microinjection technique.
