[Psychoanalysis and treatment of psychotics.].
The psychotic person who is undergoing transference reacts differently to treatment. The ethics of psychoanalysis require that that person become responsible for the treatment. The person then has a long fit directly linked to the treatment ; the only way out is through recognizing their symptoms. The treatment and the analysis of symptoms bring the psychotic to a particular time of "reconstruction" (reconstitution du corps) ; this is when producing an object allows them to leave behind their psychotic phenomena. This path is unforeseeable yet for those who choose to follow it, at grips with a structural rather than symptomatic illness, there is at the end of the tunnel society's total failure in properly recognizing their place in the world.

[For a mental health policy.].
At the point of civilization where we find ourselves today, in the post-modernity conditions, the responsibility of civil society is a determining factor in the overall politic of mental health. More than ever we have to think of health and mental health in particular in terms of a social dynamics where the participation of social groups and individuals in the responsibility for collective health has priority over the structures of state and institutional interventions. The responsibilities of the state, the institutions and professionals are therefore displaced and redefined while new rights emerge and with them the need for more information and control for the users who pay for health services with their taxes. The concern to adapt a system now anachronistic can only increases the problems of a society responsible for its obsolescence. The social and human costs of the radical changes needed, will in the short term, be socially less burdensome than the consequences of illusory adaptations. In this area, we can expect that nothing will be effective without the mobilisation by the state of the collective responsabilities for a social involvement in public health.

[Clinical question for psychosis.].
The analysis treatment of a psychotic individual presupposes a global problem focus on the causes of psychosis, its structure, its outbreak, and the stages in its development. Here, psychosis is viewed in its specifically psychic dimension, where Lacanian theory, to which the author adheres, places the cause of the sickness: (the "forclusion" of the names of the father). This formula indicates the absence of the paternal function. This lack originates in the fact that a dysfunction of the symbolic order in the family structure presides over the birth of a subject. The locating of the elements (the signifiers) of such symbolic dysfunction is essential because the delusion attempts to repair this defect in the representational order. Against this defect the subject first constructed imaginary assemblings which allow him a provisional articulation, satisfying for him, to others and to social reality. The outbreak of the psychosis results in the collapse of such imaginary scaffoldings. Then after a period of bewilderment and psychic retreat, all the effort of the psychotic is directed at the reconstitution of a new representational order. The work of the analysis consistants of attempting, on the basis of the signifiers put forward by the delusion, to assist the psychotic in his reconstitution of symbolic order. The delusion is the access road to this work in psychosis just as the dream is the royal road to the unconscious in the neurosis. The effort of this article is directed at situating these stages in the treatment of psychosis in their theorical and clinical foundations.

[Group experience : risks and stakes.].
This article presents an experience of an interdisciplinary group crossed by three principal axes : the psychoanalytical field, the socio-cultural and political field, and human sciences research. This adventure led researchers and intervening persons from twenty disciplines to realize projects which are the forms and the means of reappropriation of their own subjective history by their intervention in certain sectors of development of their region. These projects pair research and intervention in the areas of mental health, art and culture. The members of the group give themselves the means to guarantee the viability of these projects in a position of relative independence in relation to traditional institutions.
