[Organizational provision of the quality of cytological diagnostics of malignant neoplasms].
Indices and measures required to ensure the quality of cytological diagnostics at different stages have been determined on the basis of the analysis of literature data and own experience. The determined criteria enable to formalize the process of diagnostics and conclusion making, ensure objectively to compare efficiency of some specialists and laboratories. Orientation of further development and quality enhancement of cytological diagnostics were outlined. Introduction of a new medical specialty as Cytopathology was grounded on the base of the poll of Regional Health Care Managers and data on pressure of work. The requirement of such specialists was calculated.
