It was shown that combined action of weak magnetic fields adjusted to cyclotronic frequencies of polar amino acids ions, on aqueous solutions of acidic non-histone protein-inhibitor of DNAase 1 led to proteolysis of this inhibitor. The fragments obtained as a result of proteolysis differ from the whole molecule by amino acid composition and the time of elution from column in case of HPLC.
The effect of weak electromagnetic fields on aqueos solutions of polar amino acids leads to the formation of stable products of the amino acid condensation reaction. These products have a definite amino acid composition and retention time in high-performance liquid chromatography.
The results of experimental and theoretical studies on the combined action of weak electrical as well as constant and variable low-frequently magnetic fields on physicochemical and biological systems are generalised. It is shown that weak magnetic fields with parameters close to characteristics of the geomagnetic field exert selective effects, initiating the processes of chemical reactivity and ion conductivity in aqueous solutions of organic molecules.
It was shown that weak magnetic fields adjusted to the cyclotron frequencies of amino acid ions exert a substantial oncotoxic effect on the developed tumor ascites in mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma.
