[The clinico-morphological and cytological characteristics of the ecto- and endocervix with the use of the oral contraceptive triregol].

Cervix uteri status was examined in 55 young nulliparous women in the course of triphasic oral contraception. The status of the cervix uteri was assessed on the basis of clinical, colposcopic, cytologic, and morphofunctional examinations. Triphase oral contraception with triregol was found conducive to the formation of squamous-cell metaplasia in ectopic sites, this promoting epithelialization of the cervix uteri.

Five groups of mental conditions were distinguished, most frequently associated, in a certain mode, with gynecologic diseases. The results of our analysis necessitate that gynecologic outpatients be consulted by psychiatrists.

[State of the breasts in patients with hyperprolactinemia-induced amenorrhea and the effect of the treatment with parlodel].

The mammary glands were examined in 36 patients with +Hyperprolactinemia-induced amenorrhea. ++Fibro-adipose transformation (33.3%), involutional changes unassociated with age (30.6%), the hyperplastic processes fibrocystic mastopathy, adenosis (36.1%) were found to be equally encountered in the pattern of breast alterations. Parlodel therapy given to patients with ++Hyperprolactinemia-induced amenorrhea not only recovers menstrual and reproductive functions, but exerts a favourable action on the mammary glands, promoting the restoration of glandular tissue and the decrease in deformity of a stromal component.

[Hemodynamics in the organs of small pelvis during complex treatment using electromagnetic fields in patients with tubal infertility of inflammatory etiology].

Hydrotubation treatment of uterine tube impotency of an inflammatory origin results in many cases in stubborn hemodynamic disorders in the small pelvis organs, that may be normalized after exposure to a permanent magnetic field (magnetophores). Multiple-modality treatment results in recovery of the uterine tube patency in 50% of cases and in pregnancy coming within a year in 22.6% of cases.
