[Isolation of nitrobenzene from biological material].

Toluene is recommended as an agent for extraction of nitrobenzene from biological material. Optimal conditions for nitrobenzene isolation from cadaveric human liver are defined and the results of isolation are quantitatively evaluated.

[Features of extracting phenol and 4-methylphenol from aqueous solutions].

Phenol and 4-methylphenol were extracted from aqueous solutions by 5 organic solvents. The degree of extraction depended on such factors as type of extracting agent, pH of aqueous phase, and water saturation of extracting agent. The necessary number of extractions for obtaining the preset volumes of studied compounds is calculated.

[Distribution of 4-methylphenol in warm blooded animals].

The distribution of 4-methylphenol in warm-blooded animals (rabbits) was studied after intragastric administration of the toxin. 4-methylphenol (free or bound) is present largely in the urine, liver and kidney tissues.

[Extraction of 2-amino-4-nitrophenol and 4-phenylphenol from aqueous solutions].

The authors provide the results of extraction of 2-amino-4-nitrophenol and 4-phenilphenol from aqueous solutions by five organic soluvants. The dependence of the extraction degree on some factors (nature of extragent, pH of aqueous phase medium, extragents saturation with water) was established. Necessary extraction rate for isolation of preset quality of the test substances was calculated.

Biphenyl Compounds↗

[Determination of 2.4-dinitrophenol, its basic metabolite and 4-oxide diphenyl in biological materials].

A possibility was considered to isolate, by using dimethylformamide, 2.4-dinitrophenol, 2-amino-4-nitrophenol and 4-oxid-diphenyl from a biological-origin object. A method of extraction with subsequent chromatography in thin silicon-gel layer was used to purify the isolates from biological materials. The designed technique provides for identifying and for quantitatively defining the discussed phenol structures contained in the isolates from the liver tissue of corpses and human blood.

2,4-Dinitrophenol↗

[Extraction of 1,2- and 1,4-dihydroxybenzene from water solutions].

The results of extraction of 1,2- and 1,4-dihydroxybenzene from water solutions by the hydrophobic and hydrophilic organic solvents are described. The influence of an extragent nature and of a water-phase pH medium on an extraction degree is demonstrated. The repetition factor needed to extract a preset quantity of examined compounds is calculated.

Catechols↗

[Extraction of 2-methyl-hydroxybenzene and 3-methyl-hydroxybenzene from water solutions].

The results related with extracting 2- and 3-methyloxibenzole from water solutions by 5 hydrophobic and 2 hydrophilic organic solvents are described in the paper. A variety of factors are shown to exert influence on an extraction degree: extraction agent (EA) nature, water-phase medium pH, EA saturation with water and adding of electrolytes to the water phase. A repetition factor needed to extract the preset quantities of studied compounds is estimated.

[Forensic chemical detection of furadan].

Isolation of furadan from biological material by ethyl acetate is considered. Column chromatography with silicone gel L 100/160micro was used to purify extractions from biological objects. A technique was elaborated for identification and quantitation of furadan in cadavers. It is possible to use this technique in forensic expert examination.

Carbofuran↗

[Extraction of basic metabolites of monomethyloxybenzene isomers from aqueous solutions].

The results are presented of extraction of 1-methyl-3,4-dioxybenzene, 1-methyl-2,5-dioxybenzene and 4-oxybenzene acid from aqueous solutions with hydrophobic and hydrophilic organic soluvants. It is shown that the degree of extraction depends on the nature of the extragents and pH of the aqueous phase medium. Extraction multiplicity for obtaining necessary quantities of the compounds is calculated.

Cresols↗

[Extraction of nitrobenzene and its metabolite 3-aminohydroxybenzene from water solutions].

The article presents the results of nitrobenzene and 3-aminohydroxibensene extraction from aqueous solutions by means of five organic solvents. The following factors influence on the extraction degree is shown: the nature of the extracting agent, aqueous phase pH, saturation of some extracting agents with water. The number of extractions for isolation of the necessary quantities of the compounds studied is calculated.

Aminophenols↗

[Isolation of lambda-cyhalothrin from biological material].

Dioxan is proposed as an isolating agent for isolating lambda-cytalotrin (LC) from biological material. Optimal conditions for isolating LC from cadaveric hepatic tissue with dioxan were determined and the results of the isolation were quantified.

Cadaver↗

[DNOC extractability from aqueous solutions].

Extractability of 2-methyl-4,6-dinitrophenol from aqueous solutions by means of different organic solvents was studied. Effect of solvent nature, pH medium and extractant saturation with water was noted.

[The determination of toxic compounds with a dinitrophenol structure in biological fluids].

Describes the specific features of chromatographic behavior of numerous toxic compounds of dinitrophenol structure in a thin layer of silica gel and in columns packed with Silasorb-600 adsorbent for high-pressure liquid chromatography. Demonstrates the possibility of using thin-layer and high-pressure liquid chromatography for identification and measurements of the above compounds in the urine and blood.
