The authors presents 9 observations of the cancer and sarcoma association, and the peculiarities of their appearance, clinical course and treatment. It was concluded that the therapeutical tactics must be differentiated, and the late follow-up results are quite similar to that obtained in the patients with solitary tumor.
The long-term results of treatment of primary cancer of a lower lip were studied in 954 patients. It was established that cryodestruction was the most effective method for treatment of I and IIA stage squamous cell keratinizing type cancer of a lower lip irrespective of its clinical form. In tumour spreading to the corner of a mouth, and in IIIA stage tumour, use of radiation methods of treatment as the independent ones (close-focus roentgenotherapy and long-focus gamma-therapy) has proved to be of low effectiveness.

In studying the long-term results of treatment of 330 patients with primary planocellular cutaneous cancer treated by surgical or radial methods, it was established that surgical methods of treatment were more effective as compared with the radial ones in exophytic and endophytic tumor growth irrespective of its stage and location. No one of the methods employed permitted to achieve stable cure in ulcerous-infiltrative growth of a tumor.
The long-term results of cryosurgical treatment of primary localized cutaneous cancer were studied in 930 patients with 1154 solitary and primary multiple synchronous and metachronous tumors. A high effectiveness of the method was established. The maximum therapeutical effect was noted in patients with I stage tumors and exophytic form of growth, the minimal one--with IIA stage tumors and endophytic form of growth irrespective of their location and histologic structure.
The long-term results of the treatment of 162 patients with commissural form of primary localized basalioma of the skin of a face were studied. In stage I disease, the excision with a scalpel, electroexcision and intratissue gamma-therapy are more effective when compared with cryodestruction and short-distance roentgenotherapy. The effectiveness of intratissue gamma-therapy is inversely proportional to the tumor stage.

The long-term results of the treatment of 817 patients with primary malignant epithelial cutaneous tumours were studied. In total, 916 tumours were revealed in patients. The comparative effectiveness of the surgical and radiation methods of treatment, which were used, is established. The criteria for the choice of a method for treatment are suggested.
On the basis of studying the long-term results of treatment of 268 patients with a localized form of primary cutaneous melanoma, the prognostic value of the used methods of treatment, level of tumour invasion into the skin, sex and age of a patient, tumour localization, presence or absence of its ulceration was established.
UNLABELLED: Four patients with Sutton's disease (males--2, females--2, age--from 8 to 26 years) were observed for 2 to six years. Multiple lesions were found in 3, single--in 1 patients. LOCATION: skin of the back, extremities, neck, head. No case of malignization was noted; in two patients Sutton nevi disappeared completely spontaneously, but new growths appeared in other places. Though all cases had a benign nature alertness as to malignant degeneration should be observed.
