A pollen prick test consisting of 43 sorts of pollens was applied to a sample of 154 pollenotics with unambigious clinical pollenosis symptoms. The results of the test are studied by means of some statistical methods. The obtained conclusions are used for a valorization of the hyposensibilisation allergen Desalerga A which is produced by the firm USOL.
The influence of familial history on some symptoms accompanying the pollenosis are studied. Conjunctivitis, asthma, rash and the number of positive responses in the skin prick test belong to this symptoms. The study was based on data from clinical notes from 152 pollenotics hospitalized + at the Allergology and Clinical Immunology department of the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc. Although the positive familial history was noted in about 50% of cases, none influence of the positive familial anamnesis on the observed symptoms was confirmed.
