Goals and goal setting.

Once you decide upon your personal definition of what a high quality of life is, set goals accordingly to achieve that objective. This is accomplished by tracking the key performance indicators of your practice to gain a statistical backing, and then setting, documenting and achieving your goals through the concept of Goal Curves. In doing so, you reap benefits in not only your practice but also your personal life.

Efficiency, Organizational↗

Scripting for all team members.

Dental team training will only become more important as the profession becomes increasingly complex and dependent on technology. With the expansion of dental services, software, and technologies, dental teams have much more to deal with than ever before. Only by applying clear scripting to your dental business systems will your team truly excel.

Communication↗

The keys to successful associateships.

When a practice is running at a high volume and stress is increasing, dentists often feel that it might be time to add an associate. This can be a good decision if the practice has the right data-driven systems in place. Conversely, if the scheduling system is inefficient and not managed properly, adding an associate will only increase the practice stress levels. Once the right systems are in place, hiring an associate still requires excellent communication and training skills on the part of the dentist.
