Getting your money's worth from your consultant.

The relationship between hospital and consultant can be productive only if the expectations of both parties are clearly understood at the outset. This article presents guidelines on getting the most from a consultant, from developing the objectives of the project, through drafting a request for proposal and interviewing candidates, to follow-up once the project has been completed.
