[Neutrophilic dermatosis in inflammatory intestinal disease].
The neutrophilic dermatosis are a group of cutaneous diseases that share similar clinical and histopathologic features. They frequently occur in association with other diseases, particularly idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease. We present herein three cases of neutrophilic dermatosis and inflammatory bowel disease. We emphasize the atypical cutaneous findings and we discuss their nosologic situation.

[Gangrenous pyoderma associated with subcorneal pustular dermatosis (Sneddon-Wilkinson disease)].
This case report describes the simultaneous occurrence of pyoderma gangrenosum and subcorneal pustular dermatosis. They are both neutrophilic dermatoses that have been described associated in several instances. The association of pyoderma gangrenosum and other cutaneous diseases is also reviewed.

[Treatment of erythrodermic and pustulous psoriasis with a combination of methotrexate and etretinate].
We present herein our experience concerning the use of etretinate and methotrexate as concurrent therapies in three patients with severe psoriasis. On this regimen, rapid clearing of the psoriatic lesions has been achieved in all patients. The efficacy, safety, indications and dosage schedules for this combination therapy are discussed. No significant side effects have been observed in our patients. However, caution must be exercised in the use of this experimental combination regimen, which should only be used in severe psoriasis.
