[The solitary tuberculoma as a "mask" of a lung tumor].

The results are given of the clinical and X-ray examination of 56 patients who underwent surgery for granuloma which had the course of a "masked" blastoma. Taking into consideration the objective difficulties encountered in differential diagnosis, measures must be taken to perform the intraoperative express diagnosis which will help to avoid tactical errors in relation to the volume of surgical intervention.

[The diagnosis of soft-tissue angiomas].

Clinico-roentgenologic features of 78 cases of soft tissue angioma are discussed. Peculiarities of X-ray procedures and roentgenologic features of angioma of various sites (subcutaneous fat and muscle) are described. The superiority of "soft tissue procedures" and electroroentgenography in diagnosing angioma is emphasized.

[Post-traumatic ossifications simulating soft tissue neoplasms].

Roentgenologic data on 59 patients in whom posttraumatic calcification and ossification simulated soft tissue tumor were evaluated. X-ray diagnostic and differential diagnostic features are discussed. Soft tissue X-ray proved to be best suited in ossification identification.
