Draft genome sequence of a multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli MTRBAS03 strain isolated from feed trough of a dairy farm in Bangladesh.
We present the draft genome sequence of an Escherichia coli strain MTRBAS03, identified in a feed trough sample from a local dairy farm in Mymensingh City, Bangladesh. The genome spans 4,626,877 base pairs, 52 predicted antimicrobial resistance genes, 57 virulence genes, and a pathogenicity score of 0.977.
