The Simcoe cannula as an aid to in-the-bag placement of intraocular lenses.
I describe using the Simcoe Irrigation-Aspiration Cannula as an aid to "in-the-bag" placement of a posterior chamber intraocular lens. The cannula facilitates implanting the inferior as well as the superior loop of the lens in the bag, even when there is positive vitreous pressure.
