The role of the nurse working with employment upgrading programs.
Working in a project where there are general objectives but no fixed program to reach them can be both a challenge and a frustration. But this work is never dull. The key points in the success of such a program are defined behavioral objectives for each student, an imaginative, flexible, and versatile nurse, and an administrative structure which is prepared to be flexible enough to say, "Do our thing your way."
