Listeria monocytogenes endophthalmitis: a case report.
Listeria monocytogenes endophthalmitis is characterised by a progressively darkening indolent hypopyon. Gentamicin and amoxycillin, as used in this, the first reported Australian case, is the currently recommended treatment.
