[Bladder pheochromocytoma (report of a new case)].
Bladder pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor. The authors report a new case and imaging modalities for localizing extrasurrenal pheochromocytomas are reviewed.

[Ureteral replacement with ileal graft with anti-reflux valve].
The authors describe an ureteroileoplasty with a new anti-refluxing technique. A subtotal ureteroplasty is carried out, anti-refluxing proceeding is made. This one is based on Benchekroun's hydraulic valve principle. A transversal ileostomy is carried out 8 cm below the uretero-ileal anastomosis, which is invaginated and fixed to the proximal layer of the ileostomy with Dexon 3/0, the ileostomy is then closed using Dexon 2/0. The hydraulic valve may then ensure anti-reflux.

[Continent urinary diversions].
A series of 200 continent Benchekroun pouchs are presented. This original technique, with a hydraulic continence valve, provided a 91.5% continent rate. A review of the literature puts this technique into perspective.

[Kidney lymphomas].
Kidney lymphomas are mainly secondary and represent the most frequent localization in the urinary tract. Concerning a cas of kidney lymphoma, the authors propose to study the most suggestive paraclinical data in order to find preoperating diagnosis. The therapeutic principles are discussed.

[Didelphic uterus, blind hemi-vagina, renal agenesia with right, homolateral ureteral diverticulum with ectopic opening into the vulva and female hypospadias].
The authors report a case of bicervical bicornuate uterus with a blind hemivagina associated with Ipsilateral renal agenesis and an ureteral diverticulum with ectopic opening to the vulva and female epispadiat. The embryology and the various aetiopathogenic theories for this rare anomaly are presented and the therapeutic principles are discussed.
