[Evaluation of cases with positive Toxoplasma IgM antibodies within the scope of prenatal care].
Follow up sera from pregnant women were taken and examined according to the suggestions of the German Advisory Board "Toxoplasmosis and Pregnancy". The results gained support the guidelines of the board and additional advice for the clarification of cases are given.
