[Blast leukosis in adults].

The clinic, paraclinic, treatment and course as well as the outcome of blast leukosis in elderly people is followed up. In all of the 17 patients with blast leukosis, the disease initialed under the mask of another disease: hematuria, angina pectoris gravis, myocardial infarction, jaundice, gastroenterocolitis, etc. The course is serious and in spite of the treatment all patients have a lethal end within 2-3 months.

[Study of coagulation in patients with hypertension].

The coagulation process, on the background of humoral syndrome, were followed up in 73 patients with hypertonic disease in clinical conditions. The hypertonic disease develops with hyperlipemia, dysproteinemia and hypercoagulonemia and depression of the fibrinolytic system. During the first stage of the disease a tendency towards elevated susceptibility to coagulation was found, but with intensified fibrinolytic activity. With the development of the alterations, due to the hypertonic disease, the hypercoagulation is increased and the fibrinolytic system is depressed.

[Thrombagglutination test (TAT) in hyper- and hypocoagulation].

Breddin thrombagglutination test is followed up in patients with hypercoagulation states--atherosclerosis, atherosclerotic myocardiodysthrophia, angina pectoris gravis and acute myocardial infarction and hypocoagulation states--esential and symptomatic thrombopenia. TAT is positive in 88% of the patients with atherosclerosis and in patients with angina pectoris gravis and myocardial infarction TAT is Vth stage in 100%. TAT is zero stage in 91% in patients with thrombopenia and only in 9%-I stage. The term "zero stage" is introduced.
