Pyoderma gangrenosum.

Pyoderma gangrenosum is an uncommon skin disorder often associated with systemic disease, especially chronic ulcerative colitis (Figures 1, 2, and 3). While the overall prognosis is good and the disease is rarely fatal, pyoderma gangrenosum is physically and mentally crippling with a propensity for recurrence.
