[A case of lingual ischemia].

We are presenting a case of the ischemic necrosis of the two front thirds of the left hemi-tongue, which as appear in a elderly patient, with a generalised arteriosclerotic vasculopathy. We emphasize the fact that it manifested itself, little by little, characteristic which is qualified as no typical example and in the context of a important toxic syndrome. We've undertaken moreover a bibliographic review of the matter.

[Irreversible bilateral amaurosis secondary to the course of ethmofrontal mucocele].

We present a carrier of a mucocele ethmofrontal patient's case that relapsed after surgical treatments and that, subsequently, it caused an intense bilateral and amaurosis. This was attributed to the bilateral atrophy of the optician nerve secondary to the evolution of the own mucocele. It discussed the frequency of this kind of complications in the bibliographical revision made.
