[Determination of basic requirements of primary health care].
The new financial system in the ground level of the health care has a normative character. The basis of the financial support has established on the supposed number of the patients in the activity. This activity is very well characterized by the age of patients. The authors have found valuable changes only between the total and restricted examples from the variations examined in the activity and the age.
