We present a case of a lesser sac hernia of the ileum through a defect in the gastrocolic ligament with reemergence through a defect in the gastrohepatic ligament. Computed tomography (CT) revealed the herniated bowel surrounded by the liver, the stomach and the pancreas, and demonstrated the defect in the gastrocolic ligament between the stomach and the transverse colon.
The CT findings of a noncommunicating duplication cyst associated with the large intestine and a chylous cyst of the mesentery are presented. Although these are rare entities, CT findings may suggest the diagnosis by demonstrating peristaltic movement in a duplication cyst and a fat-fluid interface in a chylous cyst.

We report two patients with vasculo-Behçet's disease who had femoral and popliteal aneurysms. The resected aneurysms and occluded distal arteries were studied clinicopathologically. The most interesting features were prominent fibrosis of the adventitia including the surrounding tissue, venous occlusion, perivasculitis and deposits of C3, C4 and immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG and IgM) in the arterial wall and surrounding tissue. These findings indicate that the formation of aneurysm in vasculo-Behçet's disease is caused by destruction of the intimal and outer side of the arterial wall.
We report a case of renovascular hypertension caused by fibromuscular dysplasia (intimal fibroplasia) with congenital anomaly of the renal artery. Arteriography revealed complete occlusion from the root to the middle of the right renal artery and a collateral artery from the right lumbar artery. Histological examination showed intimal fibroplasia and three arterioles in the intima of the renal artery.
