[A respiratory syndrome in patients with neurocirculatory dystonia].

The purpose of the work was to evaluate the compensatory and adaptive possibilities of oxygen transport systems in moderate hypoxic hypoxia to define the sensitivity to hypoxia of patients suffering from neurocirculatory dystonia (NCD) with the respiratory syndrome and to elaborate training therapy methods. 40 patients suffering from cardial NCD were examined. Of these, 23 complained of dyspnea. The general hypoxemic test (GHT) was used; parameters of external respiration, hemodynamics, gas composition of blood, and the content of oxidation substrates were examined. Analysis of the clinical picture of respiratory disorders in patients with cardial NCD revealed the differences in their nature. In addition to psychogenic factors of dyspnea, of importance was a decrease in the compensatory and adaptive possibilities of the body as regards hypoxia, which occurs in mental, physical stress, changes in meteorological conditions, in closed premises, and in vegetovascular crises.

[Regional cerebral angiodystonia in the practice of a neuropathologist and therapist].

Altogether 108 patients with regional cerebral angiodystonia were examined using rheoencephalography, measurements of temporal and venous pressure and functional tests (nitroglycerin and bicycle ergometry). Three variants of abnormalities connected with regional cerebral angiodystonia were distinguished: dysfunction of the inflow, derangement of the venous outflow, and initial functional venous hypertonia. The patients were treated with nonmedicamentous therapy (electroanalgesia, magnetotherapy, iontotherapy).

[Microcirculation and rheology of cardiovascular diseases: physiological, clinical and pharmacological aspects].

Microcirculatory and rheologic disorders associated with neurocirculatory dystonia, essential hypertension and coronary disease are reported. The pathogenetic role of microcirculatory and rheologic disorders in cardiovascular diseases is outlined. The value of erythrocyte deformability for rheologic disorders is established. The efficiency of Trental treatment for coronary disease is demonstrated.

[Primary venous hypertension as a form of neurocirculatory dystonia (clinical aspects and pathogenetic and treatment problems].

The work deals with the results of examination of 108 patients in whom venous hypertension was revealed in the absence of organic pathology and who had normal arterial pressure. The clinical picture is described. The authors distinguish a form of primary venous hypertension with or without hypervolemia. Some problems concerning the pathogenesis and treatment are discussed.
