The aim of this publication is to study the bonding on the aprismatic outer layer of the deciduous enamel. To enhance the adhesion, the deciduous tooth surfaces were etched for 60s and the resin modified glass ionomer cement Fuji Ortho LC was selected instead of a conventional composite material. The author shows several examples of bonding during the orthopedic phase, the orthodontic phase and during retention.
