Upper pole pelviureteric junction obstruction.
A case of neonatal hydronephrosis affecting the upper moiety of a duplex kidney is presented. In addition to the ectopic insertion of the upper-pole ureter into the urethra, the ureter was obstructed by the lower pole at its pelviureteric junction.
