The case of a sixty-four-year-old man who progressively created a penoscrotal hypospadias on himself is presented. Although genital self-mutilation is normally considered symptomatic of deep psychotic disturbance, the details and evaluation of this case would classify it as nonpsychotic, though unusual behavior.
Recent reports have stated that renal adenomas should be considered early, small adenocarcinomas. Beginning with this assumption the problem of therapy of these tumors is addressed. Using 5 cases as examples, a suggested approach is outlined. One should use the criteria of size, gross characteristics, a frozen section biopsy, and the status of the other kidney to decide between tumor excision, nephrectomy, and no further treatment.

We report on a twenty-four-year-old woman with extraosseous Ewing sarcoma in the right retroperitoneum. The tumor blocked the common iliac vein, and because of an intervening pregnancy, the blood flow was shunted through the uterus and left ovarian vein back into the vena cava. She died within nine months despite radical surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.
The sixth case of cavernous hemangioma of the testis is reported. The patient presented with acute testicular infarction, consistent with the tendency of this benign tumor to cause testicular atrophy. The importance of this tumor is in the differential diagnosis of malignant testis tumor.

A case of stable blunt renal trauma is presented. The patient a 20-year-old pregnant woman, was heparinized and 2 days later developed severe renal bleeding. Her kidney returned to near normal with nonoperative measures. Care should be taken in the decision to heparinize such patients following renal trauma because of the possibility of delayed hemorrhage.

An interdisciplinary approach to the rapid treatment of male sexual dysfunction is presented. Clinical results for 36 sexually dysfunctional men, ages 20 to 61 are stated. Increased communication between physicians and sex therapists results in improved patient care and increased satisfaction for staff and patients. Interdepartmental cooperation within a health care setting maximizes effective use of personnel and knowledge resources.

The over-all 3,5 and 10-year survival rate for 87 patients with non-seminomatous germ cell tumors of the testis undergoing retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy was 90.5 per cent. Of the 72 patients receiving no form of therapy other than retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy after operative removal of the testicular tumor the 5-year survival rate was 90.8 per cent. The 5-year survival rates for these 72 patients, calculated according to the histologic characteristics of the primary tumor, were 74.4 per cent for 18 patients with embryonal carcinoma, 93.0 per cent for 36 patients with teratocarcinoma and 100 per cent for 18 patients with teratoma. Although no advantage could be demonstrated for bilateral lymphadenectomy as opposed to unilateral dissection, it is concluded that a modified bilateral dissection should be reserved only for tumors on the left side.
