We have selected and studied this huge sublingual dermoid cyst, which occupied almost the totality of the oral cavity, because of the important disturbances prompted to swallowing and voice production. Differential diagnoses with other conditions and surgical approaches for its removal.
We considered these cases of odontogenic cysts of the maxillary sinus. One of them complicated with an oroantral fistula. The aim of our paper is to consider the origine, the radiology and the surgery of those items.
One case of mandibular torus is described. It was an hyperostosis of the lower jaw, of big size, condition scarcely presented, and characterized by its long course and slight local feeling of discomfort. Total removing of the mass is the indicated surgical treatment.

Account clinic and therapeutic of one case, seen and treated by the A., of labyrinthine complication (labyrinthine fistula) secondary from an otic cholesteatoma encroaching the mastoid process. Its medicosurgical importance is emphasized.
During the year 1985 we studied and treated a voluminous ventriculus laryngis cyst, which record was then published on this Journal. By now we have had the opportunity to attend some other cases of similar pathology, being this favourable junture the reason of the present article.
In this paper are reported some cases of palatina tonsil carcinomata and another one sitting on the lingual tonsil. Some considerations of the clinical pictures and mode on management are added.

In the paper is reported the case of a patient carrying a cholesteatoma located at the cerebellopontine angle. Firstly he came by us because of his auditive impairment and equilibratory troubles, as well. These are the reasons of this text: to review all aspects clinical, diagnostic and therapeutical of the disease.
In this paper are recalled the most important features of this sinusal condition, its behaviour, complications and so on. Regarding the management the A. recall to the classic surgery, well done, orderly and systematically planed, which give him always good outcomes. By the way accordingly to the promising it could be, he refers to endoscopic functional sinusal approach.
In the years 1987 and 1988 we realized a clinical study dealing with several cases of laryngeal tuberculosis, which records were published in this same Journal. By now we insist on the topic, but the specific lesion being exceptionally sitting inside the nasal cavities. In our opinion these other cases are very interesting under the clinical and therapeutical point of view.

We present 2 cases of mixed Laryngocele of big size operated by lateral cervical approach. Owing to the bulging inward of the laryngeal surface an urgent tracheostomy would be done in each case. No associated malignancy was verified in the resected piece, nevertheless this possibility must be always distrusted.
Report of a large ivory-like Osteoma of the mastoid surgically removed. Some pathological, clinic and therapeutic considerations about the subject are added.
