Subungual chronic radiodermatitis.
We report a patient who developed a subungual radiodermatitis 25 years following radiotherapy for a verruca of the lateral nail fold. The different stages and the treatment of chronic radiodermatitis of the nail apparatus are described. We want to emphasize the late onset of such lesions and the prime importance of the anamnesis.

Genital squamous-cell carcinoma after PUVA therapy.
Among our patients treated with very high doses of PUVA (more than 1,500 J/cm2) for recalcitrant disseminated psoriasis, three developed squamous-cell carcinoma of the genitalia. The tumors were located on the scrotum in all patients; one of them displayed three times running a carcinoma of the dorsal aspect of the penis. All these genital tumors arose more than 2 years after PUVA cessation, in patients with previous arsenic and tar treatment.

Congenital psoriasis following the lines of Blaschko.
Congenital psoriasis without an underlying nevus following the lines of Blaschko is described in a 6-year-old girl. In addition to this special type of psoriasis, she suffered from atopic dermatitis. The lesions were aggravated by sun exposure and phototherapy treatments, as well as by upper airways infections, without any clear explanation of these trigger factors. We propose to call this form of psoriasis congenital blaschkoid psoriasis.
