[Arteriographic data in chronic ischemia of the hand. Study of 62 cases].

The arteriograms of sixty-two patients with chronic ischemia of the hand and fingers were reviewed. Twelve patients were considered to have Raynaud's disease. Thoracic outlet syndrome caused ischemic symptoms in thirteen patients. Arteriosclerosis obliterans affected twenty-two patients. The signs of arteriosclerosis are described including irregular constrictions, multiple occlusions and the corkscrew pattern of the collateral arteries. The differential diagnosis includes thromboangiitis obliterans and collagen vasculitis.

[Angiodysplasia of the right colon. Angiographic findings in 10 cases (author's transl)].

The authors report on 10 cases of angiodysplasia of the right colon, diagnosed by superior mesenteric arteriography. The angiographic diagnosis is based on the following findings: abnormal clusters of small arteries, intense opacification of the bowel wall, early and intense opacification of the veins persisting late into the venous phase. The lesions were located in the cecum in 7 cases and in the ascending colon in 3 cases. Histologically, they are dilated submucosal veins and arteries.

[An unusual dissecting cyst of the knee in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis].

An unusual synovial cyst of the knee in rheumatoid arthritis is reported. The communication with the knee joint anteriorly under the tibial insertion of the internal collateral ligament is in contrast with all the cases reported to date in the literature. The advantages of the air arthrogram (coupled with the arteriography) over the opaque contrast medium arthrography are shown to be superior for such special case.
