[Digestive hemorrhage in portal hypertension: role of sclerotherapy].

Haemorrhage is perhaps the most terrible complication of portal hypertension whatever is the etiopathology. The authors point out how sclerotherapy of the varices is either a prophylaxis and a therapeutic procedure with a low rate of local and systemic complications. Even if they are supported by good results in personal experience, the authors notice as important is to tailor the treatment for each patient.

After a preliminary classification, the authors describe their diagnostic process and the therapies to resolve the main emergency problems in dentistry. They suggest the basic equipment that every study needs and present future works in which they will analyze the most important aspects of this problem.

The Authors present a modern treatment of the Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers (R.A.U.) with antibiotics, C vit. and intestinal flora as prophylaxis, with laser against pain and with cortisone to depress the immunitary origin of disease. They briefly analyze some clinical cases.
