By facilitating the early detection of an intracranial lesion, electronystagmography contributed to a successful outcome in a thirty-eight-year-old patient who initially presented only with occasional dizzy spells associated with nausea and vomiting, but with no other central nervous system, cardiovascular or otological signs.
