Dysphagia due to anterior cervical osteophyte. Case report.

A case of 61-year-old man with a 2-year history of progressive difficulty in swallowing solid foods is presented. CT-scan and barium swallow test demonstrated an anterior osteophyte at C6. Resection of the osteophyte resolved the dysphagia. The rarity in the neurosurgical literature, the pathogenesis and the management of this condition are discussed.

[Poland's syndrome. Presentation of a case of probable vascular origin].

A new case of Poland syndrome in a male newborn is described. The infant shows typical anomalies of the right hand and ipsilateral pectoral muscle agenesis. The arterial pressure is lower when measured at the affected limb than at the contralateral, suggesting that a vascular pathogenesis could be involved.

[Tooth heterotopy with endosinus localization].

Among the various cases of etherotophy, the only and multiple, that has observed, the Authors consider only a few among the significant ones and with endosinusal localization-after examining the probable mechanism patogenetic we pay attention to the necessity of an exact diagnostic judgement and on the opportunity of a precocious and exact treatment.
