Stereoscopic x-ray image processing.
A three-step stereoscopic image-processing algorithm is proposed in order to improve image quality and depth perception of stereoscopic radiographs taken with C-arm equipment. The steps include illumination correction, geometry conversion and screen parallax adjustment. Flipping of stereoscopic radiographs is also discussed.
